14Eleven Development is the sole owners of the information collected by The Traveler. We only have access to/collect information that
you voluntarily give us via your Google account login, email correspondence, or other direct contact from you. We will not sell or
rent this information to anyone.
We will use your information to personalize your mobile and web experience with The Traveler, save your trips and related media,
and respond to you regarding the reason you contacted us. We will not share your information with any third party outside of our
organization, other than as necessary to provide support or address concerns.

Your security is important to us. We do not store your credit card information. Online (web-based) payments are passed via a secure socket layer
to a payment processor where your information is tokenized (whereby a random number is generated to represent your payment). The payment

In order to use The Traveler, a user must first sign in using a Google account, implemented according to best practices provided by
Google. During registration the Google account provides access to your display name, email address and profile picture. This
information is used to personalize the mobile and web experience with The Traveler, save trips and related media, or contact you about
the products/services on our site in which you have expressed interest.
The Traveler mobile app for Android may also ask permission to connect to your Google Fit account to save your fitness activity,
including activity type (walking, running, biking) and estimated step counts.
We use "cookies" on The Traveler website. A cookie is a piece of data stored on your hard drive to help us improve your access to our
site and identify repeat visitors to our site. For instance, when we use a cookie to identify you, you would not have to log in during
each subsequent visit, thereby saving time while on our site. Cookies can also enable us to track and target the interests of our users
to enhance the experience on our site. The cookie contains your display name, email address, profile avatar URL, and Google Account ID.
We may collect and share aggregated travel and activity information with our partners. This is not linked to any personal information
that can identify any individual person or the places where you have traveled.
From time-to-time The Traveler may request information via surveys or contests. Participation in these surveys or contests is completely
voluntary and you may choose whether or not to participate and therefore disclose this information. Information requested may include
contact information (such as name and email address), and demographic information (such as zip code, age level). Contact information
will be used to notify the winners and award prizes. Survey information will be used for purposes of monitoring or improving the use
and satisfaction of The Traveler mobile app and website.

both online and offline.
While we use encryption to protect sensitive information transmitted online, we also protect your information offline. Only employees
who need the information to perform a specific job (for example, customer service) are granted access to personally identifiable
information, such as name and email address. The computers/servers in which we store personally identifiable information (name and
email address) are kept in a secure environment.
We do not and will not ever store any credit card or financial information related to your account. All transactions for in-app
